Classes
I currently offer two outdoor classes a week. They take place on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 - 9:45 am. They both take place on Upper Norwood Recreation Ground, on the football courts.

The 45-minute class consists of some light cardio work followed by rounds of circuit training. Each station is typically 45 seconds on and 10 seconds off, with a mini break in between rounds. Each station will be an exercise that targets the whole body, focusing on developing strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Although we are all there to get fit, we are also there to have fun, and enjoy each other's company. No matter your current level of fitness or any injuries or limitations you may have, you are very welcome to join in. This is an inclusive space and all exercises can be adjusted or scaled to meet your requirements.
