I wanted to get back into shape but I was nervous about the gym environment. I decided to try some personal training sessions with Rachael. This completely changed my outlook on fitness and health. Rachael created a bespoke plan for me that not only targeted areas that I needed to tone, but also my mental wellbeing by mixing in elements of yoga and music to create more playful workouts. I now feel much more confident about taking control of fitness and mental health.

Rachael was great at tailoring the exercises to our needs and what we enjoyed. She was great at pushing us a bit harder. We loved using the resistance bands and boxing.
