1:1 & 2:1 Personal Training

Face to face personalised fitness training tailored to meet your individual goals, lifestyle and motivation style. ​​I work with a broad range of individuals of all genders and abilities but I specialise in women’s fitness and strength training. My focus is on barbell and free weight exercises, as well as bodyweight movements such as calisthenics. Every session is adapted to your current fitness level, ensuring you’re always challenged but never overwhelmed.

 

Training takes place in my private garden gym cabin, a calm and welcoming space where clients value the privacy and focus it provides. Whether you prefer one-to-one or two-to-one sessions, you’ll have the freedom to train in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

 

For those who want to go further, I also offer monthly programming designed to help you build lasting habits, integrate fitness into your lifestyle, and keep moving toward your goals between sessions.

 

With a background in psychology and psychotherapeutic listening skills, I take the time to understand what motivates you and help you overcome mental blocks. I believe that feeling strong physically translates into feeling strong mentally, and that mindset is just as important as movement.

 

My philosophy is simple: “If you want to live well, and live long, be strong.” Building muscle and increasing strength not only improves your day-to-day quality of life but also plays a vital role in long-term health and wellbeing. Alongside the physical benefits, regular training offers powerful support for mental health, confidence, and resilience.​

1:1 Personal Training Prices

Get Fit with Nebu

Nebu Fitness offers competitive pricing starting at £30 for a trial session.

 

Choose from flexible options such as...

£60 for one session a month

£50 per session for 2-4 sessions a month, or

£47.50 per session for 5 or more sessions a month for our best value.

Simply tell me what you want at the start of the month, I'll book you in and invoice you for the number of sessions you choose. Those sessions will need to be used within the month with no carry over.

2:1 Personal Training Prices

£70 per session.​

3+: 1 Personal Training Prices

If you have a small group of friends or colleagues that want to train together, please contact me directly and we can discuss logistics. Small group PT can be a really affordable and fun way to train.

Join our fun, friendly and supportive class that builds both strength and cardio fitness. All levels welcome!

Classes take place on Upper Norwood Recreation Ground, football courts SE19 3TD on Tuesday and Friday 9:00 - 9:45am

Classes are £12 each
